Depending on the number of people in the family a nominal premium of Rs 200 to Rs 300 is charged on a annual basis for DDSSY members. 50% concession is given in premium for OBC, SC/ST category or for disabled individuals.

On the Home page, select the Service Menu, Click on All Services. On the next page, click on the Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana(DDSSY) – Renewal option. Fill in your DDSSY card details if you are already a member and click on search details.
Then generate OTP. OTP will be sent to the registered mobile number for validation. Fill in the mandatory information and upload the required documents if you looking for renewal and update of certain details.
Pay the required fees and click on proceed to pay, after payment acknowledgment number will be generated for tracking.

Benefits of Deen Dayal Swasthya Seva Yojana
- Cash medical facilities is offered under the annual health cover upto Rs 2.5 Lakhs for a family of three and upto Rs 4 Lakhs for a family of 4 or above. Health cover can be further enhanced if they pay additional premium
- Free OPD care is available to DDSSY members
- The scheme covers 447 procedures that may require hospitalisation
- For Diabetics and Hypertension an annual cap of Rs 15,000 is applicable
- Medication for Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis and Cerebral Palsy is covered for members
- Those hospitalized for mental conditions will be only be referred to Government medical centers
- High-end diagnostic treatment requires the reference of a government hospital or doctor
- Non beneficiaries are charged 30% of the packages rates of the procedure mentioned in scheme for the first year and it increases to 60% and 100% in the second and third year

Thanks for reaching out. From my research what I could find is that only Mental health related issues(hospitalization) referred by a Government Hospitals/ AYUSH is covered subject to a max amount of 15000. I have the attached the Govt of Goa document on the same article under FAQ – Citizen Charter, you can download if you need it, it is bit old 2021 but I haven’t found anything apart of this. It will also be good to check with the local government hospital.
